I highly recommend BW Cars. On the way out, I had an early flight to catch and Ben arrived in the early hours of the morning on time and smiling. I also had a lot of guests to shuttle to the airport and BW Car’s van was perfect for doing that. Upon returning, Ben picked us up from the airport on time and was even kind enough to provide us some bread and milk, so when we got home we could have tea and toast and rest. The vehicles are modern and clean, the driver is friendly and professional and the price is very competitive. I will be using BW Cars again in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
5 weeks ago BW cars took me to Heathrow airport. They offered me a prompt and efficient service at a very competitive price. Ben took care to wear a mask and was completely professional at all times. I recently required a taxi from Heathrow again at very short notice and rang BW cars. I was assured that if Ben couldn’t make the collection he would find someone who could. I rang him just before my flight took off and he was waiting for me when I arrived. AMAZING service. Competitive rates and very professional. Prompt replies during the booking process that made it very easy and smooth, both the drivers were very respectful and wearing masks at all times during the current covid situation. I booked a transfer from Horsham to Gatwick and felt really at ease with them. They showed extreme kindness and politeness! What more can I say? definitely recommended!
The Sussex travel company that we booked our holiday through gave us BW cars to book our airport transfers with. We were very impressed with BW cars from the first point of contact. The service we received from them was second to none. Ben was smart, the car well maintained and he is a nice guy to deal with. On our arrival back into Gatwick last night on a delayed flight, he was there and kept in touch with our slow progress through customs. To top it all Ben had been thoughtful enough to get a loaf and milk for us given our late arrival back home. You cannot ask for better service than that. Was recently picked up by BW Cars from Gatwick. Ben contacted me at the requested time to organise pick up which meant zero waiting time. This was very much appreciated after a long flight with a small kids!!! We also had a good chat on the way home!! Overall, we had a great experience with BW Cars and would highly recommend.
