BW Cars DO NOT charge you extra/ waiting time if your flight is delayed or if you have any issues whilst you are at the airport for any airport transfers eg, – baggage or passport control delays. All our fares on this price list are based on being driven in an Estate Vehicle with a maximum of four passengers. We are also happy to pick up from other areas not listed. If you have any query, need a price for a return journey or multiple drop-off’s then please ask or use our contact form stating your requirements
For multiple pick up’s/ drop off’s £5 per pick up/drop off will be applied in addition to the fare

- Gatwick issues a £6 drop off fee, for us to be able to drop you off outside of the terminals. This will be added on to the fare quoted.
- Gatwick issues a £6 pick up fee which will be added on to the fare quoted, for us to be able to pick you up from outside of the terminals on a return.
- Heathrow Airport has a £5 drop off fee, for us to be able to drop you off outside of the terminals. This will be added on to the fare quoted.
- Heathrow airport – A meet and greet policy only is in place which means we are unable to pick you up from outside the airport and we do have to charge a small car parking fee which will be added to the price for the return journey. To keep the parking charge to a minimum the driver will arrive inside the terminal thirty minutes after the flight has landed.
- For any Airport transfer pick up time between 23.00pm and 5.00am or flight that is scheduled to land between 23.00pm and 5.00am we do add a surcharge which is £10 for Gatwick Airport or £15 for Heathrow Airport in addition to the fixed price fare
- Luton, Stansted & London City Airports – There are restrictions on dropping off and picking up so extra charges may apply to the listed fare. This can be discussed at your time of booking.
- Congestion charges and the Ulez charge will apply where applicable on your travel journey.

For local journeys and short distances within the Horsham District these will be run on our taxi metre. We can advise how much these journeys are likely to be to give you an idea.
